Services
Every brain is different. Every path forward should be too.
Individual Therapy
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults – and I meet them where they are, not where a manual says they should be.
My approach is integrative, weaving together top-down strategies that work with thoughts and beliefs (like CBT and ACT) and bottom-up interventions that work directly with the body and nervous system – breathwork, somatic awareness, and polyvagal-informed techniques. Because lasting change isn't just cognitive. It's felt.
Whether your child is navigating a new diagnosis, struggling with anxiety or emotional regulation, or just trying to figure out how to exist more comfortably in a world not built for their brain – this is a space for that.
Evaluations
Comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for autism, ADHD, learning differences, and more. Every evaluation I conduct looks at the whole person, not just one question.
Learn About EvaluationsParent Coaching
Raising a neurodivergent child is one of the most demanding and most important jobs there is – and you don't have to figure it out alone.
Parent coaching with Dr. Meg is practical, collaborative, and grounded in how your specific child's nervous system works. Sessions can focus on:
- Behavior support – understanding the why behind the behavior, not just managing it
- PDA profiles – working with demand-avoidant presentations with flexibility and connection at the center
- Boundaries & co-regulation – how to hold structure while staying warm
- Post-diagnosis navigation – what the evaluation means, where to go next, and how to advocate for your child in school and beyond
